We use two carriers.  California Overnight (within California and to the major metropolitan areas of Arizona and Nevada), and DHL (to all other U.S. locations).  Please call us at 1-888-387-8010 if you are in a rural area not serviced by these carriers.

Orders will arrive within 5-7 days. In the event you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. You will be sent tracking information once the shipment is scheduled so that you can track it.

"Ready to Bake" orders arrive frozen in an insulated box. Our "ready to bake" orders are carefully packed with dry ice (in a bubble wrap bag) within an insulated box. Joanna's Desserts guarantees that all "ready to bake" orders will arrive frozen.

Place "ready-to-bake" orders in the freezer when they are received. It's best if you are present to receive the shipment, but not a requirement.  We know that some customers will not be able to unpack their product until they get home in the evening and we include enough dry ice to maintain a proper temperature anticipating that this may happen.  If no one is present to receive the order, the carrier will attempt to leave the package in as secure a place as possible.

Upon receipt, carefully remove the bubble wrap bag with the remaining dry ice and discard. Place all three 4-packs of scones in the freezer to guarantee a quality product.
WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin if touched directly. Keep any remaining dry ice in the clear bubble bag as it provides sufficient protection for you from the very cold.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. The customer must file all freight claims for any goods damaged or delayed in transit; Joanna's Desserts will assist you in every way, however.  Joanna's Desserts and our carriers can not be held responsible for the condition of the product if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery.

Keep frozen until ready to bake. Do not thaw.
Conventional Oven: Preheat to 375 degrees.
Convection Oven: Preheat to 310 degrees.
We do not recommend using a toaster oven.

Bake on parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Ovens vary... adjust baking times accordingly.

Refer a Friend

Terms:

1. You cannot refer yourself.
   
2. You must provide a first name, last name, and e-mail address for both referrer (you) and referee (your friend).
   
3. In order to qualify for savings, your referral must be a new Joanna's customer, and they must use their promotion code at time of purchase. In the event the same new customer is referred by multiple individuals, the promotional code used by them at time of purchase will determine which referrer will receive a promotional incentive.
   
4. Offer applies to U.S. customers only.
   
5. Each promotion code is unique and can be used only once.
   
6. You may only refer one new customer per household.
   
7. The promotional code savings cannot be applied retroactively, it must be redeemed at time of purchase.
   
8. This offer cannot be used for Scone of the Month orders or combined with any other Joanna's offers or promotions.
   
9. All promotion codes and their respective savings expire one year from date of issue.
   
10. If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Joanna's Desserts will send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Joanna's Desserts stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact Joanna's Desserts at customerservice@joannasdesserts.com to request the removal of this information from our database.
