Joanna’s Scones Featured on Style Network’s Isaac Mizrahi Show
Fashionable talk-show host samples and raves about ready-to-bake scones
Joanna’s scones were featured on a recent episode (#125) of Isaac Mizrahi’s new talk show on the Style Network.
After a brief introduction from Daily Candy Editor-at-large Dannielle Romano, Mizrahi sampled the scones and declared them to be “Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!”

New Flavors Debut at Winter Fancy Food Show
Joanna’s scones a big hit at annual gathering of bakers, buyers, and chefs
Exhibiting at our first Fancy Food Show, from January 22nd through the 24th at San Francisco’s Moscone Center, Joanna’s was proud to offer every one of our 12 flavors for sampling to the show’s attendees.
The highly-anticipated event, which drew over 1,000 exhibitors from around the world and showcased over 80,000 specialty food items, marked the debut of Joanna’s three newest flavors: Currant, Double Chocolate, and Oatmeal Raisin.
Joanna’s Currant scone redefines a classic by combining slightly sweet, slightly tart currants with moist, buttery flavor and a hint of sugar.
An indulgent treat for anyone looking to satisfy a sweet tooth, the Double Chocolate scone is made with an all-natural chocolate batter and filled with mouthwatering chunks of rich Guittard chocolate.
The Oatmeal Raisin scones are pleasantly moist, softer and more scrumptious than any cookie. They are bursting with plump, juicy raisins and topped with rolled oats and brown sugar. |

Mill Valley Market Sampling a Great Success
Warm weather and delicious scones were a perfect combination
Joanna’s scones have been a local favorite of Mill Valley shoppers since the Mill Valley Market began carrying the 4-packs in December. After a recent sampling on a sunny afternoon, the scones were practically flying off the shelves.
Samples of Cinnamon-Raisin, Chocolate Chip, Lemon Zest, and Cranberry-Orange were available for shoppers to taste on January 8. “Mmm, scones,” seemed to be the most common reaction, followed by the question “Where are these in the store?”
Mill Valley Market is the second Bay Area grocer to carry Joanna’s retail pack. Look for them in the freezer section the next time you go shopping, and ask for them if you don’t see them.
